Some cook books aren't worth the paper they're printed on - and then others are true treasures.Nobu the Cookbook falls into the treasure category. The recipes are elegant - but simple and easy to follow. Most of the ingredients can be purchased at local groceries or Asian markets. I purchased this for the Black Cod Miso recipe - but there are so many others so worth trying! I was also delighted to find that Chef shares his many sauce recipes! But best of all? Cooking through this book, I felt like Chef was standing right beside me and guiding me.If you love Asian cooking and if you love seafood, this is the ultimate cookbook for yur collection.

Nobu's cuisine is rather special - this is not Japanese and not European but a fusion so fans of fine Japanese eating will not find much in it. But those who love to cook will certainly discover a lot of very useful tips. I have learned a lot and am using the book often and the family is happy.

The book arrived in a good condition, clean. Nothing to say. It was a bit old, but it's a 2nd hand. I recommend
