One of the best labs
When I look for a supplement I always try to fine a well prestige lab and this is one of them. I was suffering from insomnia, nothing worked so I tried this one ,voila , I sleep like a baby. Sweet dreams!
Others have mentioned how they benefit taking this. For me, it is my dreams. When I don't take it, I wake up in a cold sweat from intensely overwhelming dreams. When I take a couple before bed, my dreams don't wake me up! (I still have/remember them)

Oddly enough I do feel a noticeable difference in my functionality when taking this product. I work 3 jobs and my energy levels have been very consistent. My skin has also improved even after long hours and and irregular schedule this does make it easier to manage

Works but with caveats
Glycine is claming and is a GABA agonist meaning it helps make GABA receptors ore available and thus you calm down. Sometimes I have a paradoxical effect and it stimulates me. Same with Taurine. I take them during the day and I feel really calm.

SLEEP SCORE IMPROVEMENT
I've recently become obsessed with improving my sleep quality as I have been a lifelong light sleeper, waking at least a dozen times a night. Plus Hubby snores. According to my wearable, since I started adding this into my evening supplement regimen, I wake only one or two times on average! This is incredible for me! The dose is two, but I only take one each night, so far. On a few occasions, I took my supplements right before bed, and was a little bit groggy in the morning. Since then, I take my supplements a couple hours before bed, and haven't had that issue whatsoever since. In addition to this, I also take Ashwegonda and magnesium L threonate. It's been life changing, waking up feeling like I slept HARD!

Note of caution
After listening to Dr. Peter Attia speaking of taking 2gr. glycine, I decided to test the substance. I'm 66, a retired mountaineer, in excellent health and sleep extraordinarily well. But I work out hard and enjoy a couple glasses of wine at night, so there appeared to be some benefits for me. First night I took 1gr. I noticed I didn't sleep as deeply as usual. Second day I took 3 1gr. doses, throughout the day and there was no sleeping that night. I reduced the dose to 1 gr. and still experienced a hard to describe sort of neurological body buzz all night. Very destabilizing and sleep interrupted. The adverse affect did cease once I stopped.If you do decide to test glycine, I encourage buying fronm a source where you can return/request refund if the substance proves inappropriate for your body. Glycine can provoke an excitory response and you don't know how you'll react until you take it.
