Great, effective product!
Ya, the bottle itself isn't the most sleek, sturdy or 'modern/contemporary' Lol but it ultimately ends up all about *what is in it. Met/exceeded at a very reasonable rate! Been using Niacin for over a year since starting the Keto diet. Initially, LDL spiked. But this def. seems to have an overall positive effect on my lipid #s (raised HDL and lowered LDL) with no side effects at all. Recommend!

Not right for me
It’s not very easy to swollow. Did not help with sleep. I didn’t benefit from skin health. I’m really not sure vitamin content or quality since it didn’t work. I wanted it to.

No hot flashes. Hope it works to lower cholesterol
Trying to avoid statin drugs due to the side effects. Niacin is supposed to lower bad cholesterol. I'll find out in two weeks whether it works on not. I got no hot flashes, which is common with regular niacin..
