The one kink I’m just not down for, paired with the one character I was really interested in.. ugh.That being said, it was well done, and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing Rooster find his happiness and love. There were a lot more editing misses in this novella than the other books, which is why I went down a star. I’m not judging on my own biases.It was a great story, and the way Rooster showed up for Emmett was perfect. He is just as much a perfect angels as the other MC members, and Emmett is just as great as the other boys. If you’re looking for a sweet D/l story set around the holidays, full of all of the good feelings and protector vibes at the same time, you’ve found it.

This was a really fun addition to the Leather & Chrome series. I absolutely loved Emmett and Rooster together. I have a weakness for caretakers and this totally hit the spot. Rooster is so kind and caring! It’s even more satisfying because of how sweet Emmett is. And then there’s some really great body positivity. Emmett is described as short and chubby, and Rooster is so hot for him and his thick thighs. Emmett is a little and I really liked how seamlessly it was written into the story. It felt like an essential part of Emmett and of their relationship. I definitely recommend this, especially if you’re a fan of the series. And I also really love the series! It’s more than with a read.

This was a short but sweet romance between Rooster and Emmett in the Leather and Chrome series. It could technically be read as a stand-alone, but as there are so many side characters with their own stories, you will enjoy this more if you read the whole series in order. I’m not a big fan of age play stories, but that’s my hang up not necessarily yours. This one was pretty light on the age play if that’s a concern at all. I loved how Rooster defended Emmett and told his family off after how they treated him. Swoon worthy protectiveness at its finest. Overall, this was a sweet little Christmas romance.

This was a great “ feel good read”. Something to keep you smiling even though tuff times.Such a happy group of characters!

I glad you gave Rooster his own story and I'm glad that his boy was not only an old acquaintance but someone who already had a friend. Emmett was shy until he found his Daddy, that's when he started to blossom. Cute Couple😘

Emmett and Rooster are perfect for each other I think the novella is my favourite so far and can’t wait till book three is out. Highly recommended biker story with a HEA and a bit of kink

The main characters shared past lends a sense of inevitability to how naturally their relationship develops. A short, well written addition to an excellent series, this story gives us tantalising glimpses of other characters too. I enjoyed this tale very much and as always look forward to the next one.

Curl up with these characters and forget about the outside world for a while. Loved these two, so sweet. And I loved the earlier two books in the series with very different characters and stories, but same HEA.

This is a super sweet low angst Daddy and little story. Very adorable and warming. I really liked the writing and will look for more in this series to read.

Rooster used to be best friends with Emmett's older brother but the 10 yr age gap meant the gorgeous guy never noticed the chubby boy. That changes when Emmett's room mate invites him to her club. Rooster is smitten and Emmett is thrilled. There is no backstory to the club or much information on Rooster's dating past. The story moves rapidly which means we don't get to share all their firsts. This is disappointing and sometimes makes it hard to keep up with the pace ... for eg finding out they were already lovers when in my head they were still at the beginning stages of being intimate. A sweet, found families novella.
