Faulty Stitching
I LOVE THIS BAG! I had it only 6 weeks, used it only10 times on brief outings..it was perfect....and the stitching came out on the bottom. I called Amazon customer service and asked for a replacement but because I was just shy of 2 weeks past the return window I was denied a replacement or a refund or a credit. I was SO DISAPPOINTED.....and I felt like I'd just flushed my money down the toilet and tossed a new product in the trash. And I really loved this bag....but faulty stitching on that bag made it useless.
