Excellent product but horrible screws
The product is very good. Discrete not too bling. Materials seem good as well. The only problem is the screws supplied. Really bad quality. Two screw heads snapped off while tightening . Really bad quality screws . Please fix this and it is a five star product .

The quality is bad
The quality is bad and even after a request for return on the 13th of Dec but there is no response from Amazon till 22nd Dec. extremely disappointed with the product and service.

Breaks off
Have given it 3 stars because I really like the design and finish. What I am shocked by is the fact that the screw that links the wall fixture to the medallion has been STUCK on with glue. 5 of the 6 pairs have fallen off and had to be affixed again. The least you could have done is soldered them together.

Average quality, The pc did not look new. It's scratched.
