This is a very nice burger press. Heavy duty, good handle which doesn't get hot, easy to clean, makes great smash burgers. Highly recommended.

Love using this for smash burgers! Very well made! Very sturdy! I hand wash and dry cause that's what I prefer.

Only used it once so far, but it squashed those burgers nice and flat with ease! I used parchment paper so it wouldn't stick and it was so easy to just push down and smash the burgers. Before I had been using a metal spatula and pressing down awkwardly because I hadn't ordered this yet and I'm so glad that I did, because this was sooo much easier! There are other fancier looking ones with wooden handles and such, but I wanted to be able to run this through the dishwasher, knowing that it would have raw meat on it after use, even with parchment paper, it did get a little meat juices from the meat squishing out around the edges, which I predicted and thus why I wanted one that would have no issues going through the dishwasher, well, it's been through twice now and looks just like when we bought it. The handle is very comfortable and easy to hold at any angle before you press down to make some smash burgers and there's no flex or anything, it takes the pressing with ease and handle is nicely sized and comfortable to smash them with ease.

If you're like me you like to make smash burgers at home. This gadget makes the process so easy. The handles is thick and sturdy allowing you to press with might to achieve the thin burger you want. I add parchment paper between the press and the burger to minimize sticking and that works great. The press is made with heavy steel. This is a good one.

We love, love, love this press. Works exactly as advertised. We like the fact the the bottom of the press is flat. It is easy to stowaway. Just an all around great product. Would highly recommend this seller and this product.

This worked great for smash burgers. Having no experience previously, and armed only with this tool and a cast iron grill, I was able to master the art of pressing meat. The handle doesn't get hot and is easy to grasp as well as clean. Overall I would recommend this to anyone.

I'm a chef. I bought this because I make 60-100 double smash burgers a day. My team and I have been using this every day since it was delivered. I expected flimsy metal or seams that would eventually break. I was very wrong. Solid. No flexing. No seams. Easy to scrub clean. Be aware the rubber on the handle will eventually start to soften and flex with exposure to heat and grease. DO NOT leave it on your flat-top - it's steel under the grip and it will get hot! I can't see any reason why this won't last a good, long time with heavy, regular use.

Ordered this to make smash burgers and it worked amazing. I did reuse a piece of parchment several times while squashing the 3 oz patties to my desired thickness of about 1/4” and no problem as the size was perfect and easily squashed the patty. Very happy and the stainless was so nice to not have to worry about rust on a cast iron one and smooth with no grooves. Would buy again!

Press seems like it is good quality and strong - only time will tell. As others have mentioned, the edges are surprisingly sharp so they need to be filed down to prevent cuts.
