Not worth the money
I would not recommend. Due to it being short it’s at the optimum height for smaller children to want to touch it but metal is sharp and bends easily. Cheaply made and not value for money. Look elsewhere.

Doesn't spin
Poorly manufactured. I live in one of the most exposed, windiest positions in the UK. Even here it doesn't spin. It's poorly made and not balanced. The top does not rotate into the wind since the tail section is purely ornimental and the top points in a fixed position.
