I found it. Finally, a bag just big enough to fit a cyclocross tubular tire (28x33c, Specialized Tracer Tubular). As you can see from the picture, there's plenty of room left for everything else (Multitool, pump/co2, gel, small wallet).I ride a Brooks Swallow Ti, and the leather straps are very wide which makes for a snug fit on the saddle back hooks. I like this because it reduces moving around. It does scrape the leather but to me that gives it "character". The best part is since it is leather, you can make the buckles tighter if you'd like to make your own holes. You have about 1/2" to work with for a super snug fit. I haven't done this since it's brand new, but as it weathers I may have to do this to retighten over time.The flap with button goes over the compartment that's secured with a zipper. Nothing will ever fall out. Ever, you have double protection. If the button ever gives out, which it will over time, you can always just cut off the flap lol.Honestly, when I compared this to a Brooks Millbrook bag, I couldn't ignore the price difference. Also, this bag is a little smaller which I like. As I needed something big enough for my tubular tire, but nothing bigger.This bag is absolutely perfect for my needs! I would buy it again in a heartbeat. The only way this can be improved right now is maybe different canvas colors, but that's just being picky.

I use it on the side on my back rack and it’s beautiful. Also loved that in a pinch I I could take it off and use it as a purse if sort.

It doesn't fit on my bike great. Because of the wires from my brakes, it's tricky to get on my handlebars and it scrunches together. It's an awkward fit. Definitely would not have bought if I had known. But it's a quality product. Very durable and it looks beautiful. On the right bike it would look great.
