We use these for meetings at work and they work perfectly, and look very professional

I purchased these with  Avery Place Cards, Laser & Inkjet Printers, 160 Printable Cards, 2 x 3.5 (5302)  to sign the food at the buffet table for my son's wedding. They survived the event well and are ready to be used again. These are clear and shiny, providing a nice presentation. Once assembled with the tent cards, they can be packed back up in the box for safe transport. They are quite sturdy but light, so if they will be used outdoors where it is windy, they are likely to catch the breeze and move or flip. My second son is getting married in a few months and his bride-to-be has already decided that she wants to use these as placecards for the guests at their wedding. Needless to say, I will be ordering more!

We previously tried several different nameplate products but none of them held up to heavy use. These are very durable, and our group felt that they provided a professional appearance. They are easy to stack and carry -- 30 of them easily fit into a small box or tote bag. They are are large enough to make the names visible in a large meeting room. It's also handy to be able to add or delete names if your committee members change. I would strongly recommend that you also order the C-line cards that are made to go with these holders. You could make your own but these are designed to fit and of the proper weight.

I'm an event planner so I end up using Tent Cards quite a bit for meetings or dinners. These tent cards aren't my favorite, but if you're using them on top of a tablecloth, then you're good to go. If you're using them on a hard, uncovered surface, they will slowly fall and flatten out. They could be thicker in order to avoid this. I would still order these over cardstock, which would look messy if you just folded it over - since this already has a bend in it, that is key. I do really like that they aren't embossed, which means you can use the entire surface of the card. That really frustrates me about Avery's tent cards, which are also much more expensive.

I love these! They look so professional in a meeting room! and over time, they are cost justified. I use a Vis-a-Vis water marking pen to write on them, and after the meeting, they are so easy to take a damp cloth and wipi it right off. There is no residual ink stain left at all, I also use them for table designation signs. I'm very pleased with the way they perform for my purposes. They make ME look good!

These are excellent! They allow me to accommodate last minute change ups in adding meeting attendees or if I have to make last minute corrections. Once you have the template created you can change names, titles or add flags or logos very easily. Just print, fold, cut and insert. done! And they look pretty good on the conference room table as well. They have really been handy for me especially when I travel and have to make last minute changes. All I need is access to a printer and I can quickly make any changes needed. I always take about 6 or so blank ones with me just in case which has also come in handy.

We used these to hold descriptions of antique items on display at our local historical society museum. While not exceptionally sturdy, they certainly did exactly what we wanted. They are clear, easy to use, and very inexpensive compared to other options.

I was apprehensive about these due to the mixed reviews, but they came in great condition and are super easy to use.
