Good seat for the money
You really get what you pay for. This is an entry-level seat. The seat went on a Grasshopper zero-turn mower; I added a suspension base at the same time, so it required some modifications.I was able to get the job done in a couple of hours . Definitely better than the factory seat, the seat belt was nice, and the folding armrest was a plus.

Excellent seat
Just installed it yesterday on my Ferris zero turn mower, , works great and is very comfortable. Easy to adjust ( hint: move the slides on the bottom of the seats before you drill any holes. I didn’t need any additional holes.) the instructions, or lack of, really sucked.

good replacement seat for my mower
very good replacement seat. While it is universal, it was a little bit of a challenge to get it to mount to the base on my mower. Safety switch in the seat was easy to hook up and works as it should

Seat comfort
As described. Packaged well. Delivered as scheduled. Seat is like sitting on a bench. Unforgiving on uneven turf. Left armrest does not lock in place, over travels in both directions. Mounted satisfactory, no major issues. Had to reverse wiring to match Ferris zero turn switch. Overall, 3 stars. I would do more comparisons before purchasing.

Excellent Customer Support!
I purchased this seat for my tractor. I had a small problem w/ one of the arm rests and notified TICSEA Customer support immediately. The next day TICSEA Customer support responded to an email offering to REPLASE of REFUND. As the fix was quite easy, I responded I required neither. I received notice 2 days later of a full refund and apologies from TICSEA Customer support. TICSEA Customer support is excellent and is "Johnny on the Spot"! When you purchase a seat from TICSEA, you will receive excellent customer support!
