Great seller, great items, bargain price!
I am using this product to get more nutrients in my diet. I am an auto immune patient and don’t feel well a lot partially due to the types of food at the food banks (beans, rice, starch and gluten) being the types of foods I should avoid. I also don’t eat enough due to the medications IV treatments etc I am on so this is REALLY helpful. I take these in my backpack or lunchbox to my doctors appointment they don’t leak are sturdy microwave easy and don’t melt. The portion sizes let me know how much of each food I should be eating which is great for planning ahead. I’m really glad this is more affordable than other companies programs so anyone can afford it! Not only are the items top notch but the seller is great and has good communication. The labels do wear off but a sharpie will take care of that and the color coded guide helps too.

Inaccurate red cup size!
The red protein “3/4 cup” is not actually the stated capacity. It’s at best 2/3 cup, which is not trivial when you’re talking reduced calorie plans. You’re short at least one ounce of protein in each red cup.The rest are accurate, seal well, stack well, and are easily hand washed. If it weren’t for the measurement error, I’d give them 5 stars.
