Great Carbide Hole Saw!
This is a great carbide hole saw at a very low price. I purchased the 4-1/4" size hole saw to cut a hole in a stucco covered garage wall in order to install a dryer vent for my laser engraver's exhaust system. This hole saw cut through 3/4" of concrete stucco, steel wire lathing, felt paper, 1" of Styrofoam, 1/2" of OSB, 3-1/2" of fiberglass insulation, and 3/4" of sheetrock like a hot knife through butter (using an 18v Bauer cordless 1/2" drill). There was no damage to the hole saw at all, except for some of the bright green paint being scuffed. The carbide tips are still in like-new condition. This carbide hole saw actually works very well, and it is a bargain compared to the same size name brand hole saws sold in the big box stores for two or three times the price of this hole saw. I highly recommend this hole saw to anyone that needs to cut through some tough materials, although it cuts through regular wood very well also.

My second one...
I previously purchased one of these hole saws (slightly smaller diameter). I liked it so much that I didn't even shop around before purchasing this brand... I just selected the proper size and clicked "buy now". The saw is very heavy-duty/durable, and the cutting teeth have been making short work of wood and composite siding. I highly recommend!

Great for plaster
Old plaster wore the teeth of A normal hole saw after one hole. This one is on 10 with no signs of slowing.

Worked Well
I wanted to drill a hole through the side of my garage for a dryer vent but did not want to spend $60 on the bit, so here I am. Went through stucco pretty easily and left a clean home. Did the job.

Cuts nicely
I used it to cut three holes for recessed lighting so far. Two through plaster/lathe and another through some kind of hard stucco like ceiling. Did a nice job on all three. Highly recommend a dust bowl such as the one from Disston to keep the dust under control.

Works well, easy to use.
Worked like a charm. Nice, clean cut. Properly sized hole for my 4" recessed lighting.Side note: The included mandrel will work for other hole saw sizes from other brands.Bottom line: Good hole saw at a good price.
