Lowed Triglycerides
I’d like to say my triglycerides went down a little because I’m an animal in the gym and I eat like a Forrest deer…but that’s unlikely, so I can attribute it to this product 😉 I followed the dose instructions and take it midway or at the end of a regular size meal…I haven’t experienced any adverse side affects. I’ve been taking this Bitter Melon for about a month and a half and would recommend.
