Fragrance to make your mind at ease
Whenever migraine headache triggered me, inhaling the fragrance of this always helped me bear the pain. It will not work 100% but will somehow make your mind at ease.

A good all herbal inhaler
The inhaler was good, and as advertised it's all herbal which is a nice thing too. However felt the price was a bit higher as we get roll-on pain relief balms which have same effect and are much cheaper
