Any info on how much torque should be applied to the bolts?

You only want to torque enough to flatten the split washer. Otherwise you might strip the plastic base.

What size are the Acorn nuts? M6 or ??

They are the same size as the posts, so 5/16” or 3/8” depending on which variation you purchase.

Do you mean 250 amps per post or the entire buss bar?

Each post is tied together with the contact plate, so the 250 amp rating is for the entire bus bar. Sorry for the confusion.

How do you connect this to the battery?

You will need to purchase loop terminals and wire of sufficient size to handle the amperage. Most recently, I used these as part of a system which needed to be assembled and disassembled, quickly. Also, my system did not draw more then 25A; therefore, I used BUNKER INDUST 50A 6-10 Gauge Battery Quick Connect Disconnect Wire Harness Plug Kit, and large gauge wire, with loop terminals connected to the studs in the distribution block.
