What are the dimensions- the description says 30mm but the listing says different?

Yes 30mm and all makes seem to fit both Torbeck valves so look for the cheapest alternative to Torbeck parts BUT it is probably not this component that is causing your inlet to dribble and ultimately overflow outside. If you remove the float and then remove the arm - it pushes in and down to remove - you will find a small round seal in the plastic that presses on the inlet when the float comes to the top. Carefully remove it and add a smear of Vaseline all over and pop it back in upside down. You need a new one but turning it over should give the same result. You cannot buy new ones so otherwise will need to buy a complete new valve and for simplicity just exchange this seal with the one in the new valve !
