I was expecting a pretty fluffy looking rose headband and it was put in an envelope and flatten to a thin pancake. DISGRACEFUL!

Not what I ordered.
It’s pretty but it’s not what I ordered at all, the colors of the flowers do not match the outfit I planned to wear with the headband. I specifically ordered the headband with the red, purple and pink flowers but received a headband with yellow and orange flowers. The quality is nice and it’s honestly pretty but just didn’t receive the headband I specifically ordered.
