Very good supplement

I have just begun taking it. It is easy to swallow, and it seems to be working. I am feeling more energetic.

This product contains a very substantial dose of D-3 and K-2. Vitamin D increases calcium absorption and vitamin K helps to transport the calcium to bones and teeth rather than to soft tissue. My vitamin D level was originally 39 and my doctor felt it should be higher. Taking this supplement once a day raised my level of D to 50 after 1 month, to 60 a few months later, and after a year and a half it's at 90. I think it is reasonably-priced and made by a very reputable company. I always thought that absorption depended on taking it either with a fat-containing meal or using the kind that comes in oil-filled gel capsules but these results proved me wrong. If it's important to you, the capsules are vegan (cellulose).

Been taking this for over 9 months since my vitamin D was 25. Got annual blood work done and now it's 76. Haven't felt any energy boost or help with sleep and have taken it booth in the evening and day time to see if it would change. I will keep taking it since I am a vegetarian and hard to get the correct numbers when the blood work is done.

Great for cardiovascular health, help reduce Calcium scoring to 30% from 70, Along with diet exercise. Highly recommend.
