PERLECARE Adjustable Weight Bench for Full Body Workout, Exercise Bench Supports up to 772 lbs, Foldable Flat, Incline, Decline, Workout Bench

I was walking by the mirror and some fat guy I did not recognize was looking at me sadly. So, I started working on everything, I got this for the price and the back exercise. I hit 290lbs. I feel absolutely safe on this. Its well built, and mostly assembled when it came. And it arrived fast, and well packaged.

I don’t know why there are so many complaints about this, after 6 minutes of putting it together it turned out absolutely perfect for what I was going for . I did romans, sit up’s, pull ups, knee lifts, and even incorporated the resistant bands to my sit ups. ( holding resistant bands in each hand while doing a sit up and pulling them toward me and upwards when coming down from my sit up). I added extra resistant bands to the original one it came with to level it up. Boy did I feel the burn. This bench was perfect for the price!!! I searched for two weeks and i had put every bench in my cart but I couldn’t do it without feeling the slight doubt I might have after checking out. But I don’t regret it one bit with this bench. Totally worth the buy! The only thing I would wish for it to change was if they can make it a rid bit shorter in length. It’s pretty long when pulled out but even so, the most important thing is sturdiness to me and this bench exceeds that check point.

Bought this bench for back extensions, step ups, and upper body workouts. It serves its purpose. The collapse feature it’s nice but it constantly falls over when collapsed. I’m also a little weary of the arm for the back rest that sits in the slots to change the angle of the back. The arm doesn’t feel all that sturdy and the slots aren’t deep so I’m always worried the arm will slip. Material is also not very sturdy my dog stood on this one time and punctured the seat with his nail so not sure how well it will hold up over time with daily use.I’m not wild about the pad for back extensions either. If you are short and need the pad lower the bench itself gets in the way of having full range of motion. If back extensions are your priority consider finding a standalone pad instead of one with a bench attached.If you are looking for a bench to also use for step ups look elsewhere. Even when I do them on the seat instead of the back I feel like the bench can’t support the constant movement under my full weight. It is also way too tall for me. I’m 5’4” so doing step ups on this is way to hard.All that being said if you’re looking for a regular bench for regular bench use and want something foldable with an adjustable back this is a great bench for you.

Very easy to build and great functionality! Very sturdy and can be used for so many at home workouts

The feet under the adjustable end of the bench do not sit level on the floor. The stabilizer end sits level. My index finger easily fits under one of the feet. The manual suggests rotating the tube caps of the two feet one way or the other but this does not work. Rotating the caps slides them to narrow or out to lengthen the foot base. Lengthening narrows the gap a bit. Picture shows all 3 feet on floor except one - with and without its tube cap. Don't know if assembly error or whether I need to return.

I didn't find this difficult to assemble at all, despite some other reviewers having trouble. I've used this a few times now. It is pretty stable, no wobbling while in use. The exercise bands it comes with are OK, but you'll probably want to upgrade them if that's something you plan on using often. I am 6ft tall and the bench is not too short to comfortably use. It folds away easy enough. Just pull the pins, fold it, put pins back so they don't get lost. When folded, it will fit under beds/couches/whatever with at least 12 inches of room. When folded it is easy to move, being lightweight, and fits neatly under my bed awaiting next use. I was looking for a simple fold away bench for dumbbell presses and this one costs the same or less than most and is more versatile. I can't vouch for the 700+lb weight limit, but I've had 350 on it and it feels solid to me. I looked at many benches and read many reviews prior to purchase and I can recommend this one.

I use this bench in my garage gym and it’s the perfect workhorse. Easy to set up. Not sure I’d trust it with super heavy weights or a super heavy body, but it’s def much sturdier than I expected for the price

It is a little flimsy, which made me nervous at first but once you get used to it, it’s pretty comfortable. And it folds and stores so easily!
