Excellent little printer. Very easy to set up, ive not come across any of the negative issues highlighted on other reviews. Initially i was somewhat hesitant due to some those reviews, but after careful consideration I decided to buy and try, and it HASN'T disappointed, it has been very reliable, in fact it has exceeded all expectations. We've had no issues at all, which leads me to think any issues are related to operator error and NOT the machine itself. The app takes a couple of times to get it right but once you do its plain sailing. This is probably the easiest printer anyone could use and it wont break the bank and the best part, theres no ink to purchase. The unit itself doesnt take up much room and it looks good. All-in-all a brilliant little printer.

I ordered this item to print shipping labels for Etsy as I was getting tired of having to cut out and sellotape labels to orders. I managed to set this up with very little stress, I downloaded the app on my Mac and it worked. It took a few attempts to work out which orientation to use as I tried to print one label, it looked okay on my screen and then printed stretched out so the QR code didn't work. One thing I did notice is you have to have one label length at the beginning of the labels for it to feed through. What I found is rather than tearing the labels off immediately after it's printed, just peel the label and leave the backing plastic on the roll. That way you don't waste a label every time. Another thing I've noticed is you can't leave the app open and then return to the app a few hours later to print something. It tends to drop the Bluetooth connection which can be quite annoying. Now I know it happens I just close the app down once I'm finished with it and then reopen it when I need it. The print quality is good enough for Royal Mail and Evri shipping labels, there is the option to change the density but I haven't worked out the best density yet. I've tried 6, 7 and 8 and couldn't see any difference between them. To answer some of the questions I had before I ordered but couldn't find: You do get a stack of labels with this printer to get you started, theyre not the best quality but they do the job. You do get the holder for the labels which supports the stacks of labels as well as the labels on a roll. The labels do not sit inside the printer so you need to have space behind where you are going to place the printer to allow for the labels You have to crop shipping labels down in the app as Royal Mail and Evri shipping labels typically download in an A4 size You can only print one label at a time from what I can see, you can't set a queue to print altogether I haven't been able to print via sending a document to the printer from my usual print settings using bluetooth, I have to use the app. If you connect this printer via the wire I believe you are able to print via the normal print queue. Overall I would say this is a good printer for printing shipping labels, it's easy enough to use.

This printer has saved me so much time. Setting up the Bluetooth to work with my iPhone was incredibly easy and now I can print shipping labels for Hermes and Royal Mail directly from my phone without touching a computer. The print quality is crisp and because it's thermal, I love that I never have to buy ink. It handles 4x6 labels perfectly and hasn't jammed once. Highly recommend for any home business!

I was recommended this brand from a small business so had hopes it would be good. It started great but very quickly went downhill. The first print was great, no issues. The second time using it my computer said it was offline. I turned it off and on again and it immediately printed out my 4 labels but then kept feeding through the labels. I had to turn it off to get it to stop. Third time using it the same thing happened. Fourth time it printed out a label as if the colours had been inverted (completely black with white writing) and it enlarged it (I have blurred out the address on the picture). It stopped about 3/4 of the way through printing and turned itself off! I have sent it back for a refund. The labels are good quality and very sticky. I had no issues connecting it to my macbook.

Absolute life saver when you’re shipping in excess of 150 parcels a week. Easy to use, excellent value, professional looking and not just good for shipping labels I’ve made product labels, origination labels everything I could need and accept multiple sizes of label too. Versatility at its best

After comparing multiple products in the same category went in for Jadens thermal shipping label printer. But it exceeded my expectations, the print quality is amazing and when I was struck in the installation I quickly sent a messege in whatsapp to the support team. Within couple of seconds I received the reply with the correct steps. Anybody can sell a product but the after sales support is very important. I have had this for almost one year and I love it. Easy to install and essential for any online business. My first printer was cheaper but horrible I had to return. I wish I found this Jaden’s thermal printer first. Worth the money !

This thing has been amazing. If you are a seller or business that is constantly printing labels, this is a must buy. It is super easy to use and I never have an issue starting up and it’s a seamless process The printing quality is great.
