Bought it refurbished & it has proven to be like new, the 12 programmable keys are easy to use while in heavy gaming, many customizable color schemes, DPI on-the-fly , comfortable to use, I Play Elder Scrolls Online & i don't know what i would do without this mouse. it goes well with the redragon k550 keyboard & corsair mouse pad without conflicts. it has also withstood a few spills, the only thing is if the bottom gets wet, the pads will start to puff a bit, i solved this problem by carefully pushing it back down using a quarter, & it will remain in place, again it was a refurbished item so it had some wear & tare, but it did not affect its performance one bit. the fact that it can handle a couple oopsie spills and continue to work after thoroughly cleaned (without taking it apart) is a plus in my book!great price

I have had a Naga for a long time now. Never had an issue and is by far my favorite gaming mouse. The side panel buttons are very convenient and comfortable once you get used to them and programming is easy. Only bought this mouse to match my system, mouse pad and lighting ( green Naga didn't look great with all the blue). Will never use anything but a Razor mouse again. I bought this refurbished and saved about half the original price. Looks and feels like new and comes with a warranty and the same original pamphlet as my other Naga. Came faster then projected for delivery date overall, a great buy.

I really like this product and showed up fast ,packed well ,appears to be 100% authentic.although I haven't played with the chroma settings it does change colors. the buttons on the side are a little bit far back for my thumb but ,I can hit most of them without moving to an extremely uncomfortable position .overall I would recommend to a friend

I have used finger, trackball, regular, vertical, wireless and wired mice. Had a lot of trouble. I hate that Apple mouse, it is just collecting dust now. This one serves me good, I bought it for gaming and ended up using it on a daily basis. My hand is medium, but I like bigger and taller mouse. It is the perfect size for my palm. Cable is long enough. It is not always compatible with iMac, but with Windows works like a champ.

I absolutely love this mouse. I have been using razer products for about 6 years now and cannot recommend enough. I game 3-6 hours per day on a hardcore level and this mouse has never had a single issue. Great performance, very reliable, amazing software, visually appealing, and functionality surpasses any other mouse I have ever used.

The mouse is working perfectly. He is a little bigger than I thought but very comfortable. Love the possibilities of configuration, I also noted that he works better if you use a good mousepad.I miss the original box of the product.

Personally think I preferred the older style side-buttons.Wish the wireless version was closer to this price point.Cable could be longer.My little girl loves the lighting.

It's a Razer product, it's a great mouse. Just not for me, I pick my mouse up a lot and was constantly pressing the buttons on the side when doing this. Takes some getting used to I guess, I switched to another mouse after a few days.
