I need to convert 220v 60htz to 220v 50htz for use on record turntables, please recommend suitable unit, thanks.

Is this unit be used in the Philippines or will it require a mains adapter ?

From my understanding , The Philippines has 220 Volt 60 Hz and 120 v 60 Hz as mains , 220 volt wiring there is similar to USA , not Europe, but this you need to your local electrician. In any case, if you wish to simply change to voltage from 220 volt to 120 volts both side being 60 Hz, then you don't need a converter, just a simple step down transformer.
