MOFII Colorful LED Illuminated Gaming Keyboard (Combo)

Originally I purchased the MOFII wireless keyboard and mouse for my new Mac computer, because I did not like the half size keyboard or the new mouse that came with it. The Mac keyboard did not have the convenient number pad on the right, and I do not like using the number keys at the top.In addition, I did not like the flat white keyboard, with the key function feature written in a tiny font with pale grey lettering. I needed a magnifying glass to read the keys and the pale color on the white was hard for me to see.I did not like the included Mac mouse which was too flat and uncomfortable, and after some extended usage the back of my hand would tightened up with a pain.The MOFII wireless keyboard and mouse combination has exceeded all my expectations in both ease of use and performance. I use this wireless keyboard and mouse on my new iMac, and in addition, I am using it on my older windows operated HP TouchSmart computer too.The MOFII wireless keyboard and mouse comes with a Nano receiver, and its location is on the underside of the mouse. The receiver pulls out and goes into the USB port of the computer, and with both my Mac computer and the HP TouchSmart PC, I received an instantaneous connection. Since this is a wireless system it requires a total of 3 AAA batteries, two AAA for the keyboard, and one AAA inserts in the mouse.I like the MOFII keyboard more than my former HP PC keyboard and much better than the one that came with the Mac computer. This keyboard has the option of having the keyboard raised a little in the back, which provides less strain on my hands as I type. In addition, I like the raised keys on the board, and they press down easily, which is important for a ‘light touch’ typist such as me. The typing keys are responsive and they keep up with my rapid typing pace, therefore there is no hesitation which would cause me to lose my ‘train of thought’. Another advantage is the upper case lettering identifying the functions of the keys, which is easier for me to read, and I find the yellow lettering is bright enough and easier on my eyes, than the glaring contrast of the white.The mouse is the usual standard side by side two-clicker with the scroll wheel in the middle. I like the raised and rounded contoured shape and the small size fits more comfortably in my hand, therefore it’s simpler for me to operate than a flatter mouse. In addition, the yellow outline around the black mouse makes it easier to locate on my (cluttered) and all black color desk.Initially, I had some concerns regarding its performance, it worked perfectly well on my new Mac computer, but when I switched it over to my windows HP PC, it functioned poorly. Scrolling down a website page resulted in a choppy motion, and I was impatient with the constant timing lag because the scrolling could not keep up the pace. This was confusing, because the mouse glided up and down without any effort in my Microsoft word program on the same HP PC.This made absolutely no sense to me as it worked flawlessly on my brand new Mac computer, and it operated well in my Microsoft word program for my old HP PC. I switched back to my other and original mouse and it too performed in the same choppy and lagging manner. At the time, I also noticed that my browsers were taking forever to load which gave me an idea for a possible solution. I ran a complete ‘clean-up’ on my old computers system, rebooted and Wow, what a difference in performance. The MOFII mouse slid up and down the page without any effort, no hesitation, no lagging time, and no choppiness. This solved the problematic function of the mouse. When a webpage is slow loading, the mouse will not scroll up or down until the page completes its loading in the browser. There was nothing wrong with the mouse performance, instead it was my computer that needed a thorough system cleaning.Currently, I am using the MOFII keyboard and mouse with my new Mac, but if I decide to continue using my older HP TouchSmart PC, then I will probably order another set for that one too.

Letters and numbers work fine but none of the grammatical keys or the symbols on the upper row of numbers are correct, e.g.. the apostrophe turns out to be a colon. Here:s the order of the shift number keys+ !""#$%&'()0=~. Totally unacceptable.

Works - But a lot of the keys including the space bar stick and just don't feel as responsive as a "real" keyboard. I was planning on using this on my main PC but moved it to a secondary I don't use as much because of the quality.

Purchased in August 2017. Initially, I really liked this product. I used this in my office, and would consider moderate use since I work off a laptop a couple days a week. Unfortunately, within 3 months some of the letters starting wearing off of the keyboard. 7 months after purchase, the mouse just stopped working. To only get 7 months of this with moderate use, I would not recommend purchasing.

The Amazon listing "comments" include comments and videos pertaining to at least 3 different items, including this one. Those reviews give the definite impression that this keyboard has backlighted keys (it doesn't), that is partially hard-wired (it isn't) and other erroneous information that is relevant to other different models or items sold by the same manufacturer.That being said, the unit itself works fine, sets up without problem, is very attractive with it's black and yellow color scheme, and you can't beat the price for a wireless keyboard and mouse where both of them work properly. It's also compact and convenient. What more could you want? (The answer to THAT question is that I actually wanted the backlighted keys, but those are on some other keyboard, not this one.)

I bought the MOFII Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo. Wow! I am so impressed. I had low expectations but I love it!I don't usually post a review the very same day I receive something but I had to post my review on this. I am so pleased with this. I took it out of the box and put the batteries in the keyboard and the mouse. Took the nano receiver and plug into the USB Port and it worked. I was stunned. I had ordered a keyboard and mouse last week and it didn't work so I ordered this one the same day. The keyboard is very smooth and quite. Didn't realize how loud my other one really was till I used this keyboard. The mouse is small and moves quickly. Took me a minute to get used to it. I am not a bit disappointed in this purchase. I am very impressed with how nice it is considering how much I gave for it. I appreciate the price and the quality. I recommend this. You will not be disappointed with it.

It's only been 3 months and the letters have all faded, the keys got stuck or not registered when you type. I have purchased keyboards before and they usually lasted a long time. This one is the WORST of all. Don't buy it.

I bought this keyboard/mouse set as a cheap replacement, but have ended up falling in love with it. Both items are lightweight and easy to set up. I love the quietness of the keyboard, and the layout with the number keypad to the right of the keyboard suits my needs just fine. The mouse is pretty basic, and is comfortable to use. Great product for a nice price.
