Don't ruin your icemakr
I ruined my original Opal ice maker trying to clean it with vinegar. I am using this to clean my new one. Seems to worst just fine.

GREAT cleaner
I have used many cleaners over the years and am very regular in my cleaning. So good cleaners take about a 1/2 bottle to get the scale out. This cleaner is one of those - 1/2 a bottle and the scale near the pump was easily removed and the ice maker is working like a charm! Will definitely be my go to ice maker cleaner!

It seemed to work ok. But I have come to find that using distilled white vinegar and water can work just as good.
