I bought this to replace a bulky folding type of ladder for my RV and wish I had been introduced to this product earlier. I have limited storage space and don't want a heavy ladder that would be difficult to use in tight spaces. This new ladder is sturdy, secure, light weight and practical. Instructions could be improved, especially the video one which is rushed at 28 seconds. Pay particular attention to the message about keeping fingers out of the way and watch the technique used in the video. Once you have used this ladder a few times you will wonder why you used anything else.

Es de un material muy resistente, solo los escalones de el final, son un poco mas delgados lo cual genera un poco desconfianza ya que prece que se doblara, sin embargo esta muy bien para uso domestico, yo pesos 90 kg y me soporta muy bien.

One of the plastic pieces holding the rungs on the ladder cracked during the first use....very dissatisfied......update....company reached out to me and refunded ......excellent customer service

So far I'm pleased with the product.Performing as I hoped and quality seems good.

The steps on the ladder are way too small they hurt my feet will be returning it
