I'm 6'1", 225lbs, medium build. I ordered the XL thermals. The pants fit just above the ankles and the shirt fit perfectly at my wrists. Not too short like many other thermals. They feel very comfortable and breathable. Hope they keep me warm too.

its the best thermal suit iv ever seen the inside material is diferent for the outside super comfortable the medium is basically a small thought just a heads up on that

Fabric is soft, smooth, and warm. Stretchy without being too flimsy. Outer layers go on smoothly over this without getting caught up. Holding up well so far through frequent use (wear every 3 to 4 days, rotate several similar base layer sets). Use as an indoor baselayer under jeans & a light pullover sweatshirt during winter (run heater less to save $, outdoor temps typically in the 20s-30s).I am 5'10", 150lbs, average build (Medium T-Shirts, just moved up from 32x32 to 34x32 jeans). I purchased a size LARGE but might should have gotten XL. The fit through most of the body is great, but arms and legs are a bit short (I have long arms, this is not uncommon).Overall a decent product for the price.
