Hot and cold feature is good low operating cost than room heater even healthier option to warm the room in chilled winters energy efficient because of dual inverter technology iseer rating is higher than 4 star

Air conditioner break downs 2 times in a year

Energy efficient AC with worst service support.
After using it for an year i can now give correct review.The PROS first.1. Highly energy efficient machine, reduces electricity bill up to 40% as compared to other ACs I have used.2. Coanda flow is an awesome feature, drives direct cool airflow away from you and circulates in the room.3. Triple display shows real time compressor load, room temperature and set temperature.4. The display LED is small, green and bright unlike the current trend of big, dull and white behind the plane display.Now the CONS1. Indoor unit fan noise is quite high and very irritating, its always there even at the lowest speed.2. You cannot achieve a temperature below 28-degree in your room when out outside temperature is above 40-degree in summer.3. Customer support and service is a real nightmare, the worst i experienced, very rude n uncooperative.4. I could not use heating mode in winter, as a replacement for a faulty remote was not given EVEN DURING warranty period.

Cooling is not good don't buy
It is very bad ac, have 1 samsung ac much time better then Daikin ac

In 2 weeks it has breakdown - Poor Performance.
It should be Replace ASAP.

Very bad product and after sales Daikin service
Do not buy this AC ..after a period of 1.5 years ,the PCB of outdoor unit has packed up. The Daikin after sales service is horrible .and the pcb cost is Rs 7000/- .and I am told it will be a recurring problem as this is a design issue in this Daikin . don't buy this product
