People with small feet are so fortunate! will these fit women's size 11 wide? will any split toe socks?

I would think they would fit a woman’s size 11. I am a size 12-13 and they fit fine!! However, since I don’t technically have a “wide” foot size, might be different fit.

Will they fit men’s size 7.5?

Probably yes. I wear a women's shoe size 10 or 10.5. That's a men's 8.5 or 9, a little bigger than you're asking about. However, I was concerned at first that the socks would be too small for me. They fit, but have to stretch to do it.

Do they shrink or get bigger after being worn for a while?

Wash in warm water and line dry.... They do stay in place when being worn.

Yes it has a heal. It comes up to just below your ankle. Like a crew sock but it has the big toe separated from the other toes. Big toe goes into a pocket for it's self and the other toes are together like a normal sock.
