Gold 335-1095 Alternator

I have a 2001 Chevy Blazer with the 4.3 Vortec with 105k original miles. The original Delphi alternator finally started making awful bearing noise and the voltage regular has failed about 6 months ago. This new alternator is brand new and it is a genuine ACDELCO GOLD part. Installation took me about 30 minutes. There are two bolts, one electrical connector, and a positive wire you gotta remove. It’s super simple. Once you take out the original alternator, make sure to hammer the two metal dowels toward the front of the car on the alternator bracket to make the new part installation easier. The torque spec for the two alternator bolts are 37lb-ft. You can’t mess this up. It only fits one way. The voltage is now perfect with this new alternator, and the car seems to run better with consistent voltage. Great price too!

Fits and functions properly

Nothing to dislike about the whole transaction. Used it to replace the original in a 2002 GMC Jimmy. Free Delivery was excellent - ordered it Sunday - installed it thursday.

Bought this for my son's 2003 Chevrolet S-10 ZR2 with the 4.3L Vortec engine. Fit perfectly and was simple to change out. This is also the best price I've seen, by far. Especially for an OEM part. I will update the review if anything changes.
