LOVE, LOVE, LOVE
I just wanted to give my honest opinion & review about this vacuum that I ordered & got from Amazon & all I can say is that I just really love it, it's just the BEST vacuum cleaner that I have ever gotten & used, it's very light weight, easy to use, easy to maneuver while vacuuming, has mega deep suction power, it's a bag vacuum ( which I really love, love the most about it ) & NOT a bag less vacuum, because I really, really HATE using bag less vacuums, because their extremely messy& dirty to use & when vacuuming a carpet with this vacuum, the bottom part swivels & moves when you turn it, to make it a whole lot easier to vacuum a carpet, so that I can stand in one place & still get along to side of a wall with ease, which I didn't have that option with my older & other vacuum that I had, because with my other vacuum, it was a lot bigger, heavier & didn't have that easy mobility in ordered to vacuum a carpet or the edge & side of a wall, I also love that this new vacuum that I have now, not only has a light in the front, but it also has a light indicator on it, to let me know when the bag if full & needs to be changed, but there are so many pluses & features on this new vacuum that I have now, that I really enjoy vacuuming a carpet much, much more now than I EVER did in the pass with my other vacuum I had before & I'm really glad & extremely happy that I updated my vacuum experience from my older vacuum that I had for more than " 35 years " to my new vacuum that I have now & the price that I paid for this vacuum was great, especially since it was a bag vacuum & NOT a bag less vacuum & I highly recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone if they are looking for a great vacuum to use.Yours Truly" THE INSATIABLE T.L.C. Exactly as advertised
This is much better than my old vacuum.

Lightweight and easy to move
the main feature is that it is a bag device. No more messy emptying of the containers that you experience when using a bagless vacuum. It is very lightweight and easy to maneuver so as to clean in narrow spaces. It is my view that this is a far better vacuum cleaner than the one it replaced, which was a Dyson upright.

Great value
After finally replacing my old vacuum that I had for like 20 years, this thing is like a dream. It's super easy to push, very lightweight (at least compared to my old clunker), and works phenomenally well on all surfaces. The removable cannister wasn't a feature on my last vacuum and now I don't know how I survived without it. If I had to quibble, I'd say that it doesn't secure the extra attachments super well (like the brush extension), so I have to pick them up when they fall off from time to time, but that's about it. Great value for the money, and great all-around vacuum.

might make me enjoy housework
well, where do I begin? I loathe housework - I would rather be outside than inside, and housework requires that I work inside - ugh - however, I have three dogs (two are Border Collies with undercoats), and a cat, I live in the country near a gravel/dusty road, and I burn wood downstairs to heat the house - dirt, dust, soot, and pet hair are simply a way of life around here, and like it or not, I am required to occasionally vacuum it all up :) about 35 years ago I purchased a Kenmore model 116 upright - awesome, simple vacuum - ten years ago I thought I'd give a bagless vacuum a whirl after the Kenmore went underwater during basement flooding - the Bissell Helix bagless was total garbage - after attempting to clean three times with it, I checked the Kenmore, and while now rusted a bit, it was dried out from the flooding - I turned that puppy on and it ran like always - I have used that vacuum right up to now, and the roller brushes are worn to the point I thought it might be time for a new vacuum - I decided to try this Kenmore Intuition since it appeared to have nice features, was certainly modernized from the days of my old clunker Kenmore, and it has bags - the vacuum was delivered and has been sitting in the box for almost two weeks - during that time my dogs have been doing a great job of ensuring the vacuum's first test was a good one, particularly leaving coat behind on the living room rug - today I assembled the vacuum (easy) and very much liked the ease of reading the various buttons on the machine, as well as how easily the buttons all work - I turned the vacuum on, pushed the button to engage the roller, and it practically vacuumed without assistance - it's light weight makes it very manageable, the head swivels beautifully, and holy cow, it has got some kinda suction! a once over was enough to clean up the dog hair, and once I was on the laminate wood floor, I turned the roller brush off and the suction was pullin' stuff in from six inches away! I am very impressed with the power of this thing - it also has a handle built into the body that makes it super easy to pick up and carry around - the wand is wonderful, releases easily for separate use, and reassembles just as readily - the cord is nice and long, and the hooks to wind the cord up on are far enough apart there is a ton of extra availability for winding the cord, so it doesn't fall off the hooks right away - the head of the machine releases into vacuuming position with a light tap on the head by the diagram of a foot - push the button to engage the roller brush and the green light comes on, or push the button to disengage and the light goes off - I turned the vacuum off for a moment, and when I turned it back on the green light was off - I thought it was already broken, and pushed the button multiple times to no avail - turns out the roller brush doesn't engage until the head is released to vacuum - nice feature once I realized that was the deal -if this vacuum holds up 35 years like my first Kenmore has, it will outlive me - I'll never have to buy another vacuum again - I highly recommend this gem - it might even make me enjoy housework a bit more :)
