Great product for smoothing welds. Used 40 grit.

Last month I decided to go from a 100lb+ traditional anvil to a colossal 120 lb H beam for my forge, the H beam I bought from a fellow blademaker that was closing shop. The H beam had 3-4x more surface area of even the largest anvil. The strike face needed a lot of metal hogging and reconditioning, normally I use Red Label Adhesives belts for my 2x72, 1x42 and 4.5" hand flap wheel grinder, bought this just to compare and it's surely on par with Red Label's 40gr flap wheel. I grinding the H beam for hours with this product, and only used one disc which is still serviceable for the next project task.I love Red Label products, but I would order this again if my prefered brand was out of stock.

I bought this for DIY projects around the house. As soon as I unpackaged it, my brother asked to use my new angle grinder with this Benchmark flat disk. For a job that would have taken a typical electric sander a few hours, this flap disc cut the time to 20 minutes. Both my brother and I were impressed. Good stuff!

So far these have been the best bang foe the buck . I bought a cheaper pack that came with more and they were junk . These are way better .

I was skeptical in buying a non name brand for this kind of tool but this one surprisingly performed well. It is comparable in performance as the name brand.

These flap disk just work. They are good and the price is right.
