Wrong power adopter
A simple laptop for home use. I wish I was attentive about lack of any authentication mechanism like finger prints and face recognition. It's not convenient to enter password specially as I use it home.Biggest No No Iis the power adopter. It's not UAE standard. When they sell stuff in this country they should make sure it's provided with the right power adopter.At least the Advert must mention it's not the UAE power adopter

The Worst Quality
I purchased this laptop. Laptop was working very well till 1st week. Later laptop started getting hanged. After 10 days, laptop started getting hanged frequently. While working with important work, laptop got hanged. Sometimes the screen becomes blank. Nothing happens. I required to force restart. Sometimes that also doesn't work.Nowadays, linings are occuring on the screen.Very unpredictable. Making any financial transactions from the laptop is very high risk.My experience about this laptop is the worst...

The keyboard is not backlit
It turns out that I bought it because of it. I did not need that function until some days after purchasing. Then after the return period expired I realized the keyboard is not backlit.

Delivered on time. The product is good.
Delivered on time. The product is good. I would say value for money. The only drawback is charging cable plug is not coming compatible to UAE style socket. We have to carry a connector always with laptop.

Laptop has charger with US style 2 pin adapter...need to find suitable 3pin adapter.

Producto de vista agradable daño empaque mal funcionamiento
El equipo llegó con el empaque dañado. Parecía estar el equipo en buenas condiciones, sin golpes visibles al encenderlo todo funcionó bien hasta que se apagó solo. Se volvió a iniciar y todo y se volvió apagar. De restauró el Software pensando en que el problema era eso. Al final se apagaba después de un tiempo así que se devolvió por fallos.

Dinero tirado a la basura
Adquirí la mía en enero, al mes de uso dejo de funcionar, No aplico mi garantía en Mexico, traia defecto de fábrica y tuve que pagar para que la revisaran en otro, es día que aún no encuentran la pieza que falta para que vuelva a funcionar, esta muerta, mi dinero tirado a la basura

Excelente laptop

La descripción no concordo con lo recibido el disco no es de 512
El mismo modelo se vendia oor Amazon y otros vendedores. Era mas caro por Amazon pero los elegi por confianza. Sin embargo resulto que el producto enviado no fue el de la descripción. La descripcion era un core i5, 12GB Ram, eso si lo incluia la laptop, pero también decia una 512 GB, y llego con SSD de 256, ya no la devolvi por que no quiero pasar por los tramites de devolución. Y ahora pues le voy a comprar una SSD de mayor tamaño porque la que tiene no me sirve. Tampoco puedes meterle un disco de 2.5" no tiene espacio, o tampoco puedes poner otra SSD m.2, si quieres agregarle un almacenamiento separado, esta no es la máquina adecuada. La próxima que compre creo que me ire por el precio aunque no la venda amazon, porque al final me salio mas caro. No puedo valorar la duración de la batería porque estoy esperando que llegue el disco nuevo para usarla. Tambien note que al registrar el equipo decia que solo le quedan 9 meses de garantía, porque aparecia con fecha de registro de tres meses antes.

Buena Laptop para estudiante universitario
Buen laptop el precio es bueno, tal vez el brillo de su pantalla me deja qué desear pero en general es rápida, fluida y el diseño es sencillo pero bonito
