When I first bought one, it came with a defective motor, and when I reached out to support for it they immediately made sure I had a working one sent to replace it. They have a life time warranty and they stand by it! The replacement has been wonderful and is very powerful, mixes the matcha powder up perfectly with no lumps. It has saved my wrists a lot of pain from stirring, and it saves so much time. Gives a very good froth even to liquids that dont froth easily. This is a great little milk frother. I use it daily to mix my coffee and other drinks. I use it to froth milk sometimes. It is lightweight works great, it’s not heavy duty, so that’s the only reason for four-star. You do have to be gentle with it and not hit the sides of some thing. I’m on my second one but for the price it lasts a long time and it’s very easy to use and clean up so I highly recommend it.

it is probably a great milk frother, I use it to blend all the strange things I use in my coffee, protein powder, heavy cream, and coconut oil. when I went to use it like I used my old one it created a vortex, and threw coffee all over my counter. If I pulse it it does the job. just have to be careful. I honestly highly recommend it. just make sure you have room in your cup.

Ok first things first, many have left reviews saying it never worked right out of the box. Same. Then I realized, batteries were not installed correctly (I had them flipped the wrong way) so check that you have put them in properly. Seems we would all know this but clearly we do not. Once batteries were put in properly this worked great. I use it at least once every single day. Never fails. No hassle. Easy to clean. Also, I’m still on the original batteries so all in all well worth the money. (I’ve had this thing for months)

The media could not be loaded.  Blends like crazy. I mix my beverages in a bigger container before pouring into my mug to prevent extra mess. Cleans easily by turning on under running water. I have purchased two of these. One for a gift and one for myself. We are both very happy with them. Still running at what appears to be full power after about ten uses on the original batteries. Quite light construction but that doesn't seem to be a problem.
