Covers different ways to value a business. I really didn't find anything in here that I had not already found online. But, if you want something in your hands on business valuation, this is great.

Only clocks in around 80 pages, with a pretty large-print font at that. More of a pamphlet than a book. Makes weird assumptions about the reader's pre-existing knowledge or lack thereof. Not very good overall. I certainly felt no smarter after finishing it.

Added nothing to what I already knew.
