These were a little dry so you had to put a little more effort in chewing, but definitely better then the Chinese ones that are out there.Delicious, good texture and flavour, the best I've had in many years.If using in slads or recipes the dryness should not be evident at all.

These pine nuts were exactly like the ones that I buy on trips to Italy and Spain. They are long and do not have the classic darkened area at the small end. Hence, I feel assured that they are from Europe and not Asia. This is the second time that I have ordered.

These were dry and old tasting compared to another more expensive brand offered by Dr. F. This is a case of “you get what you pay for.”

Compared to other pine nuts I purchased in the past these were exceptional. I used them to make Pinoli cookies and Pesto. They are quite pricey but they are worth it.

These are real Mediterranean pine nuts, not the smaller and less delicious corn shaped Chinese pine nuts.

NO FLAVOR! What a rip-off! Don’t waste your money. You have been warned. $39.99 for 8 ounces?!?!? Highway robbery! Buy the Trader Joe’s!

Not as bad as the Chinese ones that are now so commonplace, but not great either. No off tastes, but little flavor overall. These pine nuts are also noticably larger in size than the traditional Italian ones, and so likely come from the different kind of pine tree.
