Excellent quality canning jars
The 12 jars are made of thick, heavy glass and came well protected through polystyrene padding that maintained separation between the glass. No damage to the jars and all the lids and seals were in perfect shape.

Great Canning Jars
They come safely and beautifully packaged with bands and lids. They seal well and are easy to use. The size is perfect for bulk, fresh veggies, and the clear color makes it easy to see what's inside.

Reliable
Though one of the jars had a bug in it when it arrived, everything came in one piece. The jars have held up for awhile now. I love them and will be purchasing more once I run out.

Well build
A lot of jars seem to be very thin nowadays, but these have a good thickness to the glass. It was cheap so that's very nice, especially when somebody breaks one like my wife. They're good for storing anything I need in the freezer and in the fridge. I batch prepped a bunch of food last week and stored a lot of it in the freezer in these

1 Broke in Transit
Great jars but not packed super well. 1 was shattered and glass was everywhere. The other 11 were fine so I didn’t return.

Great, but opening is slightly smaller
Warning, if you ferment and you use the glass weights for wide mouth the openings on these are just slightly too small and they will not fit inside! Great jars besides this .. so I’ll keep them but I have to find new way to weigh my veggies down!

Broken with first time use
I used a stainless steel spoon to stir product inside the jar. Within 15 rotations of the spoon inside the jar, the jar cracked, and all the continents spilled onto my countertop and floor. My fairly new Ball jar weighs approximately 15.5 ounces. These jars weigh approximately 14 ounces. Obviously, this jar does not have the same glass thickness as the traditional Ball jar.
