Not working well. Disappointed for how much I paid.
Not working the way the advertisement said it would. Very disappointed.

Bad service
The 1st one was defective & when I contacted Amazon, they wanted me to pay for return shipping. They kept arguing with me for 50 minutes then told me I don't need to return it. So irritating!!! Not my fault it was defective, why do I have to pay for return shipping!?!?!

Not as Loud as I Expected
The idea behind this device is excellent. But, I am less than impressed with the volume of the alarm. 130 decibels is supposed to be equivalent to "the loudest rock concert ever" or "a jackhammer." This isn't anywhere near that. It will probably still startle someone who isn't expecting it, and combined with the flashing light in their eyes, it will probably give you a second or two head-start to run away or to pull out your pepper spray.

Needs to be louder
I thought the noise would be significantly louder. I kept it until I find something that will attract more attention. Unfortunately, people are great at blocking out noise these days and I suspect this would get a glance but not much more.
