Good Abs Workout Book!
It has lot of information on workouts. Very detailed. I like the pages where you can keep track of your meal and workouts.

Misleading book
Book is nothing like what I expected. I am recovering from a small accident. I thought this would be 90 days of different e cerci SES at different fitness levels. Instead mainly a book that talks about nutrition and aging. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Don’t waste your money DEFINITELY not worth it

thought is was all about abs , I was wrong
I wanted a book that was all about abs. trying to find one I had long time ago I can find anymore. this give all the basic full body workout which is not what I needed
