Drying rack has been a welcome addition to our laboratory. It took a little work to figure out assembly and had to get a little creative. Overall a good, sturdy product that will be used for years to come.

This arrived without all of the necessary hardware to mount it to the wall, and once I managed to get the hardware fabricated by a friendly contractor, the pegs do not hold within the base, and I lost a $150 beaker. I really wish I had received a refund when I first asked for one but the communication was robotic on the side of nonexistent. It's a useless waste of wall space now. The employee who ordered it in the first place made a bad choice...

Pretty good deal for a drying rack! Was easy to hang, but lacked instructions. I was able to google around to get an idea of how most of the included pieces worked, but I still had a few at the end that I could not figure out what they for for. So into the junk drawer they went. Other than the lack of instructions, the product is great and shipping was fast.
