O produto vem com defeito. Um dos braços não mexe. Parece ser um defeito de fabrico.Assim sou obrigado a trocar ou a pedir o dinheiro de volta.É lamentável porque já me aconteceu mais que uma vez em produtos deste tipo.Espero que possam utilizar este exemplo para melhorar o controlo de qualidade que fazem aos produtos que vendem.
