This product has been recommended to me by two different practitioners whom I respect and have been spot on. I'm very sensitive to supplements, tinctures, etc but have had no issues with taking this. I definitely feel the affects as well. Great to find a quality supplement on Amazon!

I know the description/explanation of self-heal is a bit out there but let me tell you - it works! I have fibromyalgia and can very easily fall into a funk and it is very hard to get myself to do anything - between the pain and the exhaustion, it's hard to get motivated. Self-heal gives you this subtle "push" or "motivation" to do things that you need to do, whether it's for healing or work or just personal stuff.It does take a few days to "kick in" and I have found the best way for me to take it is to put 2-4 drops in water and drink it throughout the day (every time I refill my bottle or my glass, I put in a drop or two).A few days ago, I was my unmotivated, exhausted, don't-care-about-anything self. Yesterday and today, I have gotten more done at work than in the last two weeks combined, I actually did the exercising I'm supposed to do, I started cleaning up my house, I've done things on the computer that have been on my list for over a month. And I'm not forcing myself to do anything. I want to do these things. I feel motivated to do more. And an added consequence of that, beyond the obvious, is that at the end of the day, I don't go over the things that didn't get done that day. I am able to proudly say "look at all I accomplished today!" - I'm sure I don't have to explain how that helps the depression that often comes with fibro and other chronic health issues. :-) Give it a try! This is the first time I have used Self-Heal and I am very happy with the flower essence. I have used other FES products in the past and am grateful to be able to find such high quality flower essences in many unusual varieties. Self-Heal is the journey I have been on lately and so it's the perfect essence for me right now.

You either have experienced how flower essences work and know them to be fantastic or you may be sitting on the sidelines. I have been working with them for several years and know they work and are a wonderful adjunct care for you and your pets. I prefer the FES brand to the Bach because FES are grown on this continent, harvested and produced on this continent . And since Flower Essences work vibrationally it makes since that come from the same locale/continent that you live on and are more attuned than one's from a continent away. (Bach works just fine; I prefer ones that are harmonized and vibrate to the same continent I do). Yes there can be sometimes a strong taste, smell of the brandy used traditionally as a preservative in making Flwr essences, but that does not make them cheap nor is it a filler - you don't "taste" a flower essence anyway. If you find the, slight taste of alcohol offensive, or if you have issues w/alcohol then you can get them preserved w/ glycerin (contact the vendor or manufacturer). Self Heal should be in everyones kit just like 5-Flower (also known as Rescue Remedy). Highly recommend this formula and brand. Excellent.
