The media could not be loaded. I use it to make smoothies in a commercial business. I replaced a broken blendtec and did not want to spend more money on a new one, so I found this blender and I'm very pleased with it's functionality, power and noise levels. I don't know how long will it last, but my broken blender lasted for 2 years and cost was 4 times the price of this one.It is very easy to change the pre-programmed settings, and quality of materials is good to touch and feel.Controls are touch sensitive, so there is no buttons to push (Excepto the power on/off on the side of it.I couldn't find any replacement cup or extra cup for purchase. In the webpage of the manufacturer there is no part number for it. It would be nice to buy extra cups for commercial use.So far, Happy enough to have purchase it. Will keep the review updated if anything changes during day to day use.

I use this blender at least 2 times a day to blend things for a pureed diet. It blends meat without any problems. I have burned thru other units due to the amount use and the work load but so far so good with the WantJoin. It blows the Ninja blender out of the water. It can been a little tricky to clean as it doesn't come apart but I usually put some water and soap and give a run on the machine and that helps a lot. The sound cover really does minimize the sound.

Blender is for house use at best. After one blend motor heats up and have to wait 20 minutes for another single use. Sometimes it stops at the middle of a cycle. Not recommended at all

I purchased the wantjoin 9003 blender for the silence shrouds. When the unboxed the product to my surprised the product feels amazing especially when you open and close the lid. You can feel the quality because of how good it feels when you open and close it. Comparing to my current Commerical grade Vitmax, I like this one more because it doesn't feel like cheap plastic.

It is nice and quite but after the first couple of blends we’ve had nothing but trouble with it

This is a really nice blender. Powerful enough to crush ice and make any frozen drink you want. The controls are a bit simple, but that can be a good thing if you're overwhelmed with orders. The soundproof lid is nice in that you feel more comfortable letting it run while you work on something else. It's not what I would call "Industrial", the case is plastic, and the control panel is a bit cheap, but I've not had any issues with it. As for the sound, it is quieter then a standard kitchen blender, but it still produces noise. If I had to guess, I would say there's about a 30% reduction in over all noise when chopping ice, and maybe 60% when just blending liquids or soft items. Overall, I'm happy with it.

Overall I am very happy with the blender and it works great for what I need to do incl. crushing ice and grinding.However, it seems like there are no replacement cups or extra cups for purchase, which is an issue. The cup offered on Amazon as a replacement has a different opening at the bottom and does not fit this blender!Although I am happy with the product itself it would be great to be able to buy extra cups for commercial use. Is there someone at WantJoin who can help?

The Blender is easy to use, works perfectly, I planned to buy another one I have 18 months and I do between 4 to 6 smoothies a day
