Bestvite Quercetin 500 mg capsules...📚 The doctors in our office recommend 500 - 1000 mg of Quercetin daily.📚Quercetin has become well known for its high antioxidative properties. It can also help lessen seasonal allergy symptoms for many people. It has many other benefits but these are the 2 biggest reasons I take it.📚 Manufactured in the USA with clean, limited ingredients. I'm especially pleased to see that this contains no gluten or wheat, no cross contamination. It is also soy, milk, egg, preservative, sugar, and artificial color free!📚 These medium sized sunny yellow capsules have no taste and are easy enough to swallow.📚 From everything I've read, this is a high quality product that that I can trust! 📚Summary… although I've been taking Quercetin for a couple of years now, I am new to this brand. I'm happy to say that it appears to be an excellent high quality product that that I trust👍👍

BESTVITE Quercetin 500mg delivers what it promises: 120 capsules of 500 mg quercetin, with ascorbyl palmitate (apparently a highly bioavailable form of vitamin C) as the only other ingredient (other than the capsule). Even though there is not much information about quality assurance on the bottle (why?) on the company website one can learn that the product is produced in the USA according to GMP, and that it is (third party? not clear) lab tested.The capsules are the same size as most of my other supplements, and I don't have any trouble swallowing them. I have not noticed any side effects. But, other than that, it is a bit of a faith supplement for me. I got it for two reasons: first, because of quercetin's purported effect on allergies, for which I also take spirulina and tinofend; the combination works for me, but it's hard to tell what quercetin's effect is on that. The second one, more of a longer-term hope, are quercetin's senolytic effects - the kind of effect that I am not expecting to notice anytime soon. You can call it a bit of a faith supplement for me.At roughly $24 for a 4-month supply, BESTVITE quercetin is a reasonably good value. One thing that I would have preferred would have been the possibility of a divided dose, as several sources seem to prefer having the dose split over the day rather than taking the whole of it in the morning - while it is possible to open and split the capsule, these powders can be quite a pain. But overall, good value from a seemingly trustworthy company.

I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:I find that these indeed do help with RA
