Q: What's the difference between insulated and vacumm insulated?

When there is a vacuum in the space, there are no molecules which the heat can transfer through. Therefore, the contents inside stay at their original temperature for a relatively long time. So usually vacuum insulated lunch box can keep good warm longer than regular insulated lunch box which has PU foam in between layers.

You can add the hot water to the container first to heat it up.

Q: silicon round gasket that goes inside the container lid, has come out. not able to fit it back onto lid. and hence can't close the container with lid?
