The bands are exactly as described. The three grades of resistance allow a range of exercises- the lighter resistance for toning work and the stronger resistance for developing muscle mass. They are useful, following medical / physio advice, for physical therapy. The booklet provides a range of organised routines based on muscle groups. It’s so extensive I haven't had the chance to try them all.

I am new to using exercise bands but have found that these are great value for money, the bands are of a good length that allows for a range of exercises to be completed. The exercises cover an excellent range of movements that would be useful for those completing rehabilitation or just wishing to tone up muscle areas.

Video went to my junk mail so I missed it initially. very comprehensive and complements the product.

Has anyone actually managed to access to videos?? There is a QR code on the bag that I clicked on but it said that website was down so I'm not sure if that's legit or not?

Just been delivered, tried to access QR code and nothing, no booklet included, hope the bands are better than the advertisement.
