Working great for scrotal hematoma
I've been living with a pretty large (lemon sized) scrotal hematoma for about a month due to an unfortunate vasectomy complication. I've been using compression shorts which helped, but gravity was still doing it's evil working getting me down. I wrote in to the seller (VeriBrands) to get specifics on size, and they had me measure myself. I responded with measurements and they quickly recommended a size, which fits perfectly. The support itself is NOT designed to be worn over briefs; I tried it and while it kind of works, it's not very comfortable. YMMV. I've been wearing for a few days and pain is noticeably better and I'm able to get around for longer periods, and I'm taking less pain meds too which is great. I'll probably order one or two more now that I know it works and what my size is. The camlock buckle is convenient and makes adjustments a snap, but it's plastic and I worry it might break. We'll see. The rest of the garment seems well made.

Perfect in Individual/Light-contact Sports: Weights & Gym, Running, Baseball, Basketball
A Tonus Elast suspensory jock is perfect in individual/light contact sports. Supports & protects your balls from shifting motion & torsion better than underwear, compression shorts or a traditional jock. Simpler, cooler, stays drier, has no leg-straps, won't squeeze or chafe & the opening allows a quick pee between sports or workouts. Worn under shorts in weights & gym, baseball, basketball, volleyball, running, rugby, soccer, track & field, spinning, cycling, racquet sports, golf. Under gear in mountain biking, pro-skateboarding, climbing, baseball, horse riding, skiing & snowboarding. Sits better if gym shirt worn outside shorts. Waist adjusts, trim-off excess length & small flap. Sized by pouch. Small = best fit: teens, most adults. Medium = if a bit above average. Large, XL, XXL = if well above average or post-vasectomy. MEN'S SPORTS GEAR: Wear a Fitbit or Garmin sports watch. Shorts: UA Men's Tech Graphic, Brokig Lightweight or Tacvasen cargo/hiking. Manscaped's version 5.0 shaver is popular with athletes to keep chest clean-shaven & groin shaved or well-trimmed for hygiene, sports comfort. A traditional jock+cup for full-contact sports, but wear a Tonus Elast jock in individual/light-contact sports. Comfortable in construction, moving, delivery, sports or to sleep in summer. Machine-wash socks & jocks in warm water in small mesh laundry bag with zipper. Air-dry. Keep a couple extra gym shirts, socks+jocks in your locker.

Great after surgery
Good support. I had a hematoma after surgery. This device got me through the worst stretch and is helping me recover much easier. Walking without it is almost unbearable. But with it I’m able to get around pretty well.

The best I have found by far
I had a hydrocelectomy done and therefore needed a way to support myself following the surgery for a couple months. I have tried a ton of options. The ones with the area for ice packs are nice for the first few days but then they don't really provide enough support to go about your normal days. This product you can tighten around your waste to really hold your manhood up and remove all the tension from the hanging. The fit is nice as well. I'm wearing an XL because there's quite a bit of swelling remaining but I think the comparisons for size are pretty accurate. They are expensive but well worth it for me. I bought 4 pair and just rotate. Definitely the best product I have tried.
