Morton & BassettThyme, 1-Ounce jar

I started using both the onion and garlic powders. Both are excellent and impart flavor with any salt. I found these by accident when shopping in the grocery store one day, but when I returned at a later date they were out of stock. I like these products better than some other brands I have used.

I've been searching for a decent "Italian" herb mix to make salad dressing with. After a lot of trial and error, this one is a rock star! Very flavorful without being over powering;)

This is the best brand for flavor and texture. The herbs and spices I ordered from this source arrived quickly, well sealed, and fresh.

Fresh taste, some a bit expensive(?) ... but you get what you pay for. What I like best is that the name of the spice or herb is printed on the top of the lid also. I have to keep my spices in a pull out shelf on the bottom of a cabinet. This helps me from having to hunt for a spice. I can tell what it is by a quick glance. Just make sure you put the right lid on the spice jar when putting them away!lolI am slowly replacing all my spices with this brand as most of mine were expired anyway!

Good flavor. Fresh. Seems to be of quality. I know there are differences among brands, and nuances of flavor. Not all taste the same. This has a more mild, sweet onion flavor than some. I prefer a more robust, pungent flavor. This is good though, and I will gladly use it. Is lovely on burgers.Texture: not quite a fine powder, not quite granular. Maybe more like a fine small flake?Packaging: glass bottle with twist off cap & shaker holes.Good product, no problems; just not my favorite. Not sure yet if it will be a repurchase. We go through a lot of onion powder so we'll see.

Mama mia. This is fantastic. Recommended by my Italian neighbor who does both southern and northern cuisine-- father from Palermo, mother from Milano. Sprinkle on anything to have it taste delicious and 'autentico'.
