Son hates the flavor. He said it doesn't taste like vanilla like other shakes. I tasted it and have to agree, it is a tad off the mark. My other family member drank them instead.

I love the way this drink tastes and I have been drinking it since I was a child and that may be why I still love it and find it's so comforting. The vanilla is the only flavor I like and it's the best flavor. There are a few types of each flavor that have higher calories or more protein. I prefer the red colored bottle.

My husband lost alot of weight after surgery and Boost Energy gives him the necessary boost in the morning.

I love the taste and it doesn't upset my stomach.

This is not best healthy option out there. It is too high in sodium and sugar. This is a really bad mix. It makes my stomach bloated. I would never buy it again.
