If made from China, do you know if the factory does not support animal cruelty and is eco friendly?

I hate to ruffle feathers, but there's no such thing as ethical consumption under capitalism. One way or another, you're hurting someone or something. If they're made in China, its probably because their labor laws are more relaxed than they are in America and that could mean a lot of things - including some for of slave labor.

Do these bags start to taste like soap after washing a couple of b B times? I’ve had that problem with silicone products before.

I’ve found my chips or crackers to taste a little soapy after washing in the dishwasher. Not like dish soap taste, but dishwasher taste if that makes sense? I’ve found if I rinse them again with water after the dishwasher it helps. All that being said, Stasher is still the best I’ve found.
